The funicular is located five hundred metres from the (E-35/A 2) Lugano-Sud motorway exit and 5 minutes from the Paradiso railway station. It offers convenient parking and its panoramic cars convey passengers to the summit in just 12 minutes.
The funicular operates from morning to evening, March to November, with half-hourly departures. In summer, the last departure is at 11 pm
The funicular offers disabled access.
Additional parking is available in the municipal car park 50 metres from the funicular departure station.
